1. Production and Delivery Times

1.1 Most overlay designs are kept in stock and ready to ship within a few working days.

1.2 If a design is temporarily out of stock or available for pre-order, this will be clearly noted on the product page.

1.3 Current lead times (if applicable) are also stated during checkout and confirmed in your order confirmation email.

1.4 Accessories are dispatched based on availability as noted on their respective product pages.

1.5 All pre-orders are conditional on reaching our launch goal. If the goal is not met, payments will be refunded in full within 10 days.

2. Shipping

2.1 Orders are shipped via 1st class postal services.

2.2 Estimated delivery times:

Europe: 4–8 working days
Worldwide: 6–18 working days

2.3 We are not liable for delays caused by postal services, customs inspections, or other third-party carriers.

2.4 Tracking is not included by default. Contact us at [email protected] for shipping issues.

2.5 International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or handling fees imposed by their local authorities. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

3. Product Quality

3.1 Our overlays are professionally printed and cut using a digitally controlled printer/plotter. Each unit is inspected to ensure functionality before added to the stock.

3.2 Due to the nature of the production process, minor alignment and colour variations may occur.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 All prices are listed in EUR unless otherwise stated.

4.2 Payment is required at the time of order.

4.3 We use secure third-party payment processors and do not store credit card data.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 If your item is defective or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery.

5.2 We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

5.3 Because overlays are made to order, we cannot offer returns for reasons unrelated to product quality, but we are happy to help resolve any issues.

6. Use of the Website

6.1 You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes.

6.2 You must not:

Submit false or misleading information
Upload harmful code
Disrupt functionality or extract data without permission

6.3 We reserve the right to suspend accounts or access in cases of abuse.

7. Privacy and Data

7.1 By placing an order or registering, you consent to the use of your data under our Privacy Policy.

7.2 We only use your data to fulfil orders, communicate with you, and — if you’ve opted in — send occasional updates.

7.3 We do not sell or share your data without your explicit consent.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All content, product graphics, designs, and images on this site are property of Heinakroon unless otherwise noted.

8.2 You may not copy, distribute, or reuse any content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 We are not liable for:

Shipping delays or losses beyond our control
Website errors or omissions
Damages from product misuse

9.2 Our total liability is limited to the value of the goods you purchased.

10. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

10.1 These terms are governed by the laws of Finland.

10.2 Any disputes will be handled in the courts of the Åland Islands.

11.2 Updates will be posted on this page and take effect from the date of publication.
